Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Refresh account. Do not create an account if you do not meet this requirement.

Your account

Provide an email address you control, keep your password private, and do not use another person’s account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your study material

Only upload or paste notes, documents, and images you are allowed to use. Do not use Refresh to violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, school rules, or applicable law.

AI-generated study material

Refresh uses AI for content generation, short-answer grading, and tutoring. AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or repetitive. Review generated cards, questions, answers, grades, and explanations before relying on them. Refresh is a study aid, not a replacement for course materials, instructors, or professional advice.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass product limits, disrupt the service, access another user’s private data, probe service credentials, or use automated traffic that harms availability for others.

Plans and external payment services

Refresh may link to Stripe-hosted payment pages when paid-plan links are configured. Any purchase and payment details are handled through Stripe. Account deletion must not be used as a substitute for cancelling an active subscription; cancellation must be resolved first.

Availability and changes

Refresh may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. Free AI models and third-party services can be unavailable or rate-limited. Saved study content should be exported if you need an independent copy.

Ending your account

You may delete a free account from Settings after typing the required confirmation. Deletion is permanent. A paid-plan account is blocked from deletion until subscription cancellation is handled.
